Reporting protocol WSWV Hellingproof
Do you feel uncomfortable about a situation that occurred and want to talk to someone about it? Do not hesitate to reach out and speak up! You can always rely on the board and/or one of the Confidential Contact Persons (CCP) listed below. A CCP is someone you can talk to when you or someone you know experiences or has experienced misconduct. Misconduct can manifest various forms, such as discrimination, bullying, (sexual) harassment, threats, stalking and gossiping, both online and offline. Even very subtle misconduct can have a significant impact on your sense of safety or enjoyment during sports activities.
A CCP is there to listen to you and helps in developing a plan that best suits your needs and circumstances. Everything you share is treated with confidentiality and anonymously if preferred. A CCP will never take action without your knowledge and consent, so you are always in control.
As a member of W.S.W.V. Hellingproof you can contact several CCPs. You can find an overview of the available CCPs below. Misconduct can be reported by any CCP with whom you feel safe. Additionally, you can report misconduct directly to the board, this report will be treated confidentially.

CCP SWU Thymos
