“Soigneren, Demarreren, Memoreren”. With this motto as a guideline, this idiosyncratic and ambitious board is facing an exciting year. An unprecedented rapid growth of the membership and a global crisis may not make this the easiest year for the board, but it will certainly be memorable. The eighth board includes Jetze van Heelsum, who sits on the chairman’s throne with all his talent. His experience with cycling clubs makes him the perfect person to guarantee a clear vision. The secretary, Talis Bosma, ensures that all documentation, membership administration and postal matters run smoothly. Ingmar Dolfing is responsible for the cash flows within the association and also occasionally waters this website. Sjoerd Polder is responsible for internal affairs. For example, he keeps a watchful eye on the committees, the material and the clothing. Vera Putker is the person who takes care of external communication, the likes and the collaborations with external parties. An indispensable task in these modern times.
As a board, we aimed to professionalize the association behind the scenes and prepare it for the future, while maintaining its identity. In this way, we take care of the members, we start to organizationally keep up with the growth spurt in membership numbers, and that it will be a memorable year, that is indisputable.
